Our embroidery department has the experience to handle any job, from a simple logo or name to high detail patches and appliques.
In quantities starting from 3 to thousands. Patches do require a minimum of 50 pieces.
Embroidery, embroidered monogram or personalization can be easily placed on tee shirts, jackets, caps, bags, and most any kind of fabric that can be placed in a sewing hoop.
The total area to be embroidered is what determines your cost. For example, an design covering the entire back of a jacket will be more expensive to embroider than a logo on the left chest of a shirt or on a hat. Fabric can also influence cost. Thick terry cloth robes and jackets are more expensive to embroider than a polo shirt or hat.
Regrettably, we do not embroider on leather.
Designs are prepared for the embroidery application by passing through a process called “digitizing". Digitizing determines stitch types and directions to create the most pleasant result possible, using the stitch types and angles themselves to enhance the design.
